2. This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:
“It is therefore, most humbly prayed that, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant revision and the order dated 09.02.2018 passed by the learned Family Court, Dhamtari in Cr. MJC No. 53/2016 may kindly be set-aside, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have settled their dispute as the permanent alimony has already been given to the respondent.
