The record indicates that this Court by means of the order dated 10.07.2025, after hearing the parties, found that it is a fit case for being referred to the arbitrator and the Court had proposed the name of Honble Mr. Justice Shashi Kant, to act as a proposed arbitrator and sought his consent.
