Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:3445 Court No. - 15 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 438 CR.P.C. No. - 41 of 2025 Applicant :- Ahmad Sakoor @ Sakorr And Another Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home Lko. Counsel for Applicant :- Rizwanul Haque Ansari,Santi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants with the prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 64 of 2021, under sections 308/323/324/504/506 of the IPC, Police Station- Phoolbehad, District-Kheri. From perusal of the record as well as injury report, it transpires that there are serious injuries over the head of one of the injured person. Learned counsel for the applicants has failed to satisfactorily substantiate that the applicants would not tamper the evidences and would not threaten the witnesses. Apprehension of arrest has also been denied. Considering the complicity of the accused- applicants and looking into the gravity of nature of offence, this court does not find any good ground to intervene in this matter. The anticipatory bail application of the applicants, Ahmad Sakoor @ Sakoor and Guddu @ Mohd. Umar, is hereby rejected.
