Learned State Counsel, on instructions, which are part of the record, made a statement at bar that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioners on 05.12.2021. 5. In view of statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition and the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 6. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
