For the Respondents: Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C.Verma, Additional Advocate Generals, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General. _________________________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated 18th September, 2025, issued under the signatures of Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith communication dated 12.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Chief Medical Officer, Kullu, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, addressed to the Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that against total arrears amounting to Rs. 24,30,978/-, sum of Rs. 22,70,125/- stands released to the petitioner and remaining arrears of Rs. 1, 60,853/- on account of revision of pay scale from 01.01.2016 till 31.12.2021 shall be released in accordance with notification of the Government. 2. In view of the above, this Court finds that in terms of the mandate contained in the judgment, substantial amount has been released to the petitioner and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the petition and 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 accordingly, same is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to release the balance amount, as detailed hereinabove, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks alongwith interest.
