Learned Standing Counsel Sri Manish Mishra informs that in pursuance to order of this court dated 22.1.2025 the claim of the petitioner has been revisited and he has been found eligible for payment of compensation under the Mukhya Mantri Durghatna Kalyan Yojana. He also says that sanction has been granted by the District Magistrate for payment of due amount to the petitioner and the same shall be paid into his account at the earliest. He has placed before us a communication by the District Magistrate, Barabanki dated 18.2.2025 in this regard. Instructions are taken on record. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of statement of Sri Mishra, learned Standing Counsel, with a further direction to make the due payment to the petitioner at the earliest, say within 1 month.
