Hence, he had filed the above petition. Earlier, the petitioner had sent a representation to the respondent police giving certain details. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as on date, there is no case against the petitioner. Earlier case in Crime No.12 of 2024 has been registered against one Uthayakumar and Gurunathan. Earlier the petitioner had sent a representation, for that purpose only, he was called, which is now termed as harassment. The petitioner's representation has been forwarded to Superintendent of Police, EOW (Idol Wing), who had forwarded the same to the Deputy Superintendent of Police.
