Petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "(1) Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus for commanding to the Respondent No. 3 to issue Certificate of renewal of registration of the Petitioner Society (Uttar Pradesh Yagyaseni Vaishya (Halwai) Mahasabha having its address at 93, Nadan Mahal Road, Lucknow) on the basis of application/documents dated 23.11.2024 & 21.12.2024 within stipulated time, in the interest of justice, the application for issuance of certificate of renewal of registration of the Petitioner Society are being annexed herewith as Annexure no. 08 & 10 of this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus for commanding to the Respondent No. 3 to register the List of Executive- Committee of year 2024-2025 of the Petitioner Society (Uttar Pradesh Yagyaseni Vaishya (Halwai) Mahasabha having its address at 93, Nadan Mahal Road, Lucknow) on the basis of application dated 26.12.2024 within stipulated time, in the interest of justice, the application for registration of the List of Executive-Committee of year 2024- 2025 of the Petitioner Society is being annexed herewith as Annexure no. 11 of this writ petition. " 3. Since factual aspects will require consideration, the opposite party No.3 i.e. Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies & Chits, Lucknow Division, Lucknow is directed to take a decision with regard to application submitted by petitioner dated 23rd November, 2024, 21st December, 2024 and 26th December, 2024 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authority, after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 4.
