This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 26.12.2024 bearing Case Crime No.767 of 2024, under Sections 311,109,351(2) of B.N.S.,2023, Police Station Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar. Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that there is a criminal history of nine cases against the petitioner while the petitioner has given a wrong statement and stated that there is no criminal history against him. Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court as prescribed under the law.
