Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Learned A.G.A. raises a preliminary objection that earlier also, Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.9297 of 2024 was filed by the petitioners before this Court, which was permitted to be withdrawn by this Court by order dated 10.12.2024 after hearing the same at length with liberty to avail any other remedy available to the petitioners. Hence, the present second writ petition for the same relief is not maintainable. 3. We have perused the order dated 10.12.2024 passed in the aforesaid writ petition and we are satisfied that this is the second writ petition for the same relief, which is not maintainable. 4. Thus, with the liberty, which is already granted to the petitioners in earlier writ petition, present writ petition is consigned to record. .
