According to him, he is entitled to arrears of salary and dearness allowance; Executive Engineer, Kotdwar has admitted liability to pay certain dues in his letter dated 25.11.2024 addressed to Director (Finance), Uttarakhand Pey Jal Nigam, Dehradun, however, the said amount has not been released to the petitioner so far. 5. Mr. Shailendra Chauhan, learned counsel for Uttarakhand Pey Jal Niagam, on instructions, submits that payment could not be made so far because of financial difficulty faced by Uttarakhand Pey Jal Nigam. He assures the Court that outstanding dues would positively be cleared to the petitioner, within six months from today. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by taking the statement made by learned counsel for Uttarakhand Pey Jal Nigam, on record.
