The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 363, 376D.A. of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 6 of POCSO Act. 3. As per F.I.R., on 01.02.2024, the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner entered the house of informant and on the point of pistol, kidnapped his daughter. On search, the victim girl was found in semi-nude condition in a field. 4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57996 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case. 5.
