He was placed under suspension by proceedings vide Roc.No.234/2022/S dated 27.07.2022 on certain irregularities. Later suspension came to be revoked by proceedings vide Roc.No.234/S1/KMC/2022, dated 08.05.2023 and the disciplinary inquiry is going on. However, after revocation of suspension he has been posted at Badvel Municipality, YSR Kadapa District. Petitioner made representation dated 24.12.2024, requesting to re-transfer from Badvel Municipality to his original place of appointment due to certain medical grounds. The said representation is not considered, petitioner preferred the present Writ Petition. 3. Heard Sri L.V.S.Naga Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent Nos.1, 2 3 4 and 5 and Sri P.Vengala Reddy, learned Standing counsel for 3 respondent. Learned counsel appearing for respondent would submit that the 4. petitioner’s representation will considered in accordance with law. In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of 5. directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner requesting for re-transfer within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order in accordance with law.
