This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (in short "Act of 2000") against the order dated 24.12.2015, passed by the Sessions Judge, Lakhimpur Kheri in Criminal Appeal No.85 of 2015, which was preferred against the order dated 10.11.2015, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhimpur Kheri in Bail Application arising out of Case Crime No.813 of 2014, under Sections - 364, 376, 370, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Paliya, District - Lakhimpur Kheri. 3. This Court vide order dated 28.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case. 4. In compliance of this Court's order dated 28.08.2025, Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhimpur Kheri (in short "Magistrate") has sent report dated 03.09.2025 to this Court, which reads as under:- Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Jai Narayan Pandey, Alok Kumar Singh, Amrendra Singh, S.A. Ramzan Ali .....Revisionist(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) "महोदय, उपरोक्त िवषय के सम्बन्ध में ससम्मान िनवेदन है िक माननीय न्यायालय के आदेश िदनांिकत 28.08.2025 के अनुपालन में मुझे अद्यतन आख्या अिवलम्ब प्रस्तुत िकये जाने हेतु िनदेर्िशत िकया गया है। उक्त संदिभत मुकदमा, िकशोर न्याय बोडर्, लखीमपुर खीरी द्वारा िदनांिकत 19.03.2018 को जुमर्इकबाल के आधार पर िनस्तािरत कर पत्रावली दािखल अिभलेखागार की जा चुकी है। संबंिधत्त पत्रावली अिभलेखागार से अधोहस्ताक्षरी द्वारा तलब कर अवलोिकत की गयी, संबंिधत िनणर्य की स्व-प्रमािणत प्रित आख्या के साथ संलग्न की जा रही है। अतः अनुरोध है िक उक्त आख्या माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष कृ पापूणर् अवलोकनाथर् प्रस्तुत करने की कृ पा करें। िदनांक: 03.09.2025" 5.
