The order impugned herein is dated 30th September, 2024 and it has been passed under Section 125 (3) Cr.P.C. The petitioner is not a party therein. The order is of attachment to the extent of share of Samiullah, who is the son of the petitioner. 3. We see no reason to entertain this writ petition at the behest of the mother of Samiullah. The aggrieved persons can seek remedies against the said order otherwise permissible under the relevant statutes. The writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution that too by the mother is not maintainable. 4. The writ petition is dismissed only for the above reasons.
