Shri Badrul Hasan, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions from the Superintendent, District Jail-Sultanpur does not dispute the same and submits that the appellant-Akhtar Ali son of Abid Ali has served out his sentence of one year and one year in lieu of fine of Rs.10,000/- and he was released on 22.12.2010, a copy of the instructions dated 19.12.2024 produced by him is taken on record. He also submits that he has no objection to the request of learned counsel for the appellant to not press.
