No. 01 of 2016 whereby, an order was passed in the execution proceedings. Considering the fact that the suit was decided after impleading the parties and the writ petition has also been dismissed, petitioners' legal heirs had no separate rights to contest or file separate proceedings. As such, this writ petition is also dismissed as the execution case is said to be pending, the same shall be concluded positively, within a period of three months.
