The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Sheikh Md. Nasir Uddin was granted interim bail by this Court on 01.05.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. Page No.# 2/2 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of CID P.S. Case No. 6/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 181 of BNSS has been recorded. 4. Since, the petitioner has complied the directions of this Court and has co- operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him by order dated 01.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
