Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to expedite the application/representation dated 30.11.2024 of the petitioner, with respect to the issue fire arm license, within stipulated period as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application/representation of the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that application/representation of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that application/representation of the petitioner pending before respondent No.2 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
