This Court vide order dated 20.08.2013 directed the respondents to keep three posts of Assistant Accounts Officers vacant till disposal of the writ petition. 4. Considering the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the petitioners were also promoted subsequently, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off and the petitioners shall be treated as promoted from the date when they were extended to the promotion. No Costs.
