Misc. Case No. 1045/2023, "Smt. Manju Yadav Vs. Vikas Yadav" U/S-12 The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station-Hargaon, District- Sitapur against the petitioner, in the interest of justice. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceedings pending in the court of Learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur, District-Sitapur in Crl. Misc. Case No. 1045/2023, "Smt. Manju Yadav Vs. Vikas Yadav" U/S- 12 The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station-Hargaon, District- Sitapur against the petitioner, in the interest of justice." Considering the statutory remedy available to the applicant of filing an appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. It is accordingly disposed of finally with liberty to the applicant to avail the remedy available to him as per law. If the remedy aforesaid is availed by the applicant, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the court concerned.
