The allegation in the final report is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are known to each other; that on 05.12.2015, the petitioner went to the workplace of the defacto complainant and threatened her that if she refused to marry him, he would commit suicide and thus, committed the aforesaid offences. 3. 5. In view of the same and considering the nature of the offences and the relationship between the parties, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the impugned final report pending trial.
