Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the O.P. no.2 to 4 to arrest the O.P. no.5 to 8 in the Case Crime No.0336 of 2024, under Section- 3(2)(v), 3(1)(D), 3(1)(Da) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989) and 506, 504, 427, 471, 468, 467, 420 I.P.C., P.S. Bhera, District Kheri, FIR lodged on 08/08/2024 as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition in the best interest of justice." 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that this writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition with proper pleadings and prayer. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
