An application for adjournment has been moved, however, as the matter is very old, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter. 2. By means of the order impugned, the Permanent Lok Adalat has granted an award of Rs.5 Lacs with interest @ 6% Per annum. A plea was taken that the claimant was not dependent entitled to any claim, the Permanent Lok Adalat considered the said submission and is held that the claimant was the father of the deceased on whose income, he was dependent. In view of the findings, I do not see any reason to interfere. The amount shall be paid to the claimant within a period of two months after the same is deposited before the Permanent Lok Adalat. 3. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed. Interim order dated 19.09.2022 is vacated.
