Pursuant to the order of the Hon’ble Court dated 09.04.2025 the petitioner-Sh. Attar Singh S/o Sh. Guman Singh, R/o Village Banshwa Bela, P.O. Bela, Tehsil Shillai, District Sirmour, H.P. has produced Sh. Sahi Ram S/o Sh. Jungli Ram, R/o Banshwa Bela, P.O. Bela, Tehsil Shillai, District Sirmour, H.P. as his surety. Learned counsel for the petitioner has identified the petitioner and his surety. Photographs of the petitioner and surety are affixed and personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount has been furnished today. Along with personal bond, copy of Aadhar Card of surety and copy of Jamabandi for the Year 2018-19 of the surety has been furnished. The personal and surety bonds are hereby attested and accepted by me. The petitioner is released on bail immediately. Petitioner has been made aware in Hindi of the conditions imposed by the Hon’ble Court and further directed to join the investigation as and when directed to do so.
