By order dated 07.02.2025, this court has appointed Mr. Justice Dinesh Maheshwari, Retired Judge, Supreme Court to act as sole arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties. Office was directed to obtain his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Act. 2. The record reveals that Mr. Justice Dinesh Maheshwari, Retired Judge has given his consent to act as sole arbitrator by letter dated 04.03.2025. Accordingly, the parties are permitted to approach the arbitrator, namely Mr. Justice Dinesh Maheshwari, Retired Judge for settlement of disputes between them. 3.
