The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (S.D.) South Sultanpur Case No. 1698/2022 for early disposal of the stay application (Paper No. 22-C) under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the CPC in stipulated time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
