Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. The instant writ petition has been filed with following main prayer:- "i. Issue a Direction, Order or Writ in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the opposite party concerned to lodge the FIR against the opposite party no.4 to 10 for torturing, harassing mentally and physically the petitioner." Learned A.G.A. for the State, on the basis of instructions, submits that with regard to the incident of April, 2024, F.I.R. has already been lodged on 07.04.2024 and even charge sheet has been filed before the Supervisory Authority on 10.06.2024. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. However, if the petitioner has any other grievance/complaint, she may lodge F.I.R./complain in accordance with law in which action shall be taken in accordance with law. In the given facts, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise objections, if any, before the Supervisory Authority. In view of above, the instant writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file her objections, if any, before the Supervisory Authority, who may decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
