Mr. Pushpender Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- “That the instant writ petition may kindly be allowed with cost and the respondents may kindly be directed to renew the PMT in favour of petitioner in a bound manner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure P-4 dated 07.02.2025 and 2 has submitted that in terms of the said Annexure, the registration of the existing stone crusher of the petitioner was extended upto 06.02.2026. However, thereafter, vide communication dated 10.02.2025 (Annexure P-5), the same has been put in abeyance on the pretext that certain codal formalities were still required to be completed by the petitioner. Learned counsel submitted that as per the petitioner, there are no codal formalities, which remain unfulfilled and otherwise also, the petitioner is not being informed as to what are those codal formalities, which he is required to fulfill. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Advocate General and taking into consideration the controversy involved in this writ petition, the same is disposed of with the direction that Geologist (Zone-II) Himachal Pradesh shall within two weeks from today in writing convey to the petitioner as to what are the codal formalities which still are to be complied by the petitioner. Immediately on receipt of the said communication, the petitioner shall make an endeavor to make good the codal formalities within two weeks thereafter. As from the date of the fulfillment of the codal 3 formalities, let appropriate order be passed by the Officer concerned within three weeks. 5. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of, so also, pending miscellaneous applications, if any. (Ajay Mohan Goel) Judge April 10, 2025 (Vinod)
