Learned counsel for opposite parties have raised a preliminary objection that the order under challenge is only consequential and challenge to the main order dated 24.12.2024 has not been made. 4. In view of aforesaid submission, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh. 5.
