CMP No.7323 of 2025 This application has been filed by the applicant seeking permission to organize wrestling/‘Kushti’ in the playground of Government Senior Secondary School, Gopalpur, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi, H.P., on 15th April, 2025, which is a gazetted holiday and the school is closed, being Himachal Day. 2. It is claimed that applicant-Committee is organizing such event for the last 50-60 years and there was no other place where the event could be organized. On the earlier occasions also, applicant had been given permission by this Court to organize the event. 3. It has been pointed out that on earlier occasions in the years 2022, 2023 and 2024, CMA No.4196 of 2022, CMP No.3809 of 2023 and CMP No.4747 of 2024, have also been allowed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. 4. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Applicant is permitted to organize wrestling/‘Kushti’ in the playground of Government Senior Secondary School, Gopalpur, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi, H.P., on 15th April, 2025, on the following conditions: (i) That no damage shall be caused to the property of the School and its playground, where the event is proposed to be organized; (ii) That after the event, the playground shall be handed over to the Principal of the School in a neat and clean condition; (iii) That the law and order shall be maintained by the local administration during the said period; (iv) That the applicant-Committee shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-, in the students welfare fund of the School; and (v) That the applicant shall not use any kind of loudspeaker/amplifier.
