Issue order or direction to the opposite party no. 1/Civil Judge South (JD), Room No. 24, Sultanpur to decide the application for Temporary injunction under Order 39 Rule 2 of CPC as Paper No. 4, C-2 add with Original Suit No. 1304/2023 dated 25.07.2023 (Arjun Prasad and others Vs. Ankit and others) within stipulated time." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
