(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No. 313 of 2020, under Section 302, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed on merits on 16.02.2022. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is in custody since 22.04.2020. It is almost five years now. Till date, only 8 witnesses out of 23 witnesses have been examined. 5. This fact is not denied by learned State counsel 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 2 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
