In view of the concession made by learned counsel for respondent No. 5, present petition is allowed and impugned order dated 14.08.2022 is set aside, along with the consequential order/endorsements made by respondents No. 3 and 4. However, respondent No. 5 shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority, as per law. Disposed of along with connected CMs. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
