As the present revision is filed against the order dated 26.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.2282 of 2015 and docket order dated 18.12.2025 in O.S.No.325 of 2015, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive inasmuch as the main suit was dismissed for default. This Court, while ordering notice to the respondents, suspended the order under challenge in the revision. 2. In that view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if he is advised so. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.
