Dumka, learned A.G.A. with Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent No.1. 3. Today the matter is listed on Time Extension Application filed by the applicant, whereby, learned counsel for the applicant had prayed for to grant sufficient and reasonable time to the applicant to produce and complete defence witnesses in pursuance to judgment and order passed by this Court on 15.04.2025. He submits that till now, only three witnesses have been examined and he wants further time to examine the rest witnesses. 4. This Court vide its judgment and order dated 15.04.2025 while allowing the present C482 application, had given three months’ time to the applicant to produce the defence witnesses in support of his case enumerated in Para 7 of the application dated 15.05.2019 and to conclude their evidence within that time positively. 5. In view of the above, this Court is also of the opinion that this Time Extension Application is being made to delay the trial and this Court thinks that the time of three months’ was sufficient enough to examine the defence witnesses, which has not been done by the applicant.
