By means of this petition, petitioners have sought quashing the F.I.R. dated 01.01.2025 bearing Case Crime/ FIR No.1 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 registered at Police Station Sandila, District Hardoi and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioners. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court, in accordance with law. 4.
