Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Vikas Singh, learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for implementation of order dated 02.08.2024 providing benefit of one notional increment in terms of paragraph 4 of the Government Order dated 12.06.2024 and for payment of revised pension and gratuity in pursuance of the said order dated 02.08.2024. 3. Learned State counsel has been provided written instructions dated 25.07.2025 which is taken on record and as per which the aforesaid benefits have already been sanctioned to petitioner. 4. In view thereof, it being evident that the aforesaid notional benefit has already been granted to petitioner, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon. The authority concerned is however directed to ensure payment of actual benefit to petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. 5.
