The allegation against the present applicant has been levelled on the basis of suspicion inasmuch as there is no eye witness account or last seen evidence. None has seen the deceased with anyone. As per postmortem report the cause of death is antemortem head injury. The present applicant was having no intention or motive against the deceased. The applicant has no prior criminal history of any kind whatsoever. The charge-sheet has been filed in this case. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant has given an undertaking on behalf of applicant that the applicant shall not misuse the liberty of bail and shall cooperate with the trial proceedings and shall abide by all terms and conditions of bail, if granted. 5.
