This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 414/420 of IPC. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. On the information that the persons who are involved in theft of mobile phone has assembled in the house of one Bittu Choudhary, the police raided the house of Bittu Choudhary. Some persons fled from the place of occurrence and others were arrested. In a bag 79 Android Mobile Phones were recovered. The persons who were apprehended disclosed that this petitioner, who fled, was also involved in the occurrence. 5. Considering the allegation, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No.210 of 2024, pending in the court of learned J.M., Ranchi, stands rejected. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
