This bail cancellation application has been moved by the applicant/informant for cancelling the bail granted to respondent no.2 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 09.12.2021 in BA1 No.1074 of 2021. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, after conclusion of the trial, respondent no. 2 has been convicted vide judgment and order dated 05.04.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (S.D.), Haldwani, in Criminal Case No. 7319 of 2020, State vs. Anshu Maurya & Others. Therefore, the bail cancellation application has been rendered infructuous. 5. A copy of the said order, downloaded from the e- portal of the trial court, has been handed over to this Court and is taken on record. 6.
