Petition has been filed challenging show cause notices dated 10.12.2024 pertaining to petitioner no.1 and 27.12.2024 pertaining to petitioner no.2. Further prayer for a direction to opposite parties not to interfere in working of petitioners on the post of Assistant Teacher (Science) in their respective Schools has also been sought. 3. Learned counsel for opposite parties have raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition in view of fact that an enquiry was conducted against petitioners with submission of enquiry report whereafter two show cause notices have been issued to petitioners in accordance with Uttar Pradesh Government Servant (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1999. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners on the basis of instructions admits that objections/reply to impugned show cause notices have been submitted by petitioners and no plea pertaining to lack of jurisdiction of authority concerned pertaining to passing of the impugned order has been made. 5. In view thereof, since objections to show cause notice have already been submitted by petitioners, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition, which is accordingly consigned to record.
