GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION (AP) The Court made the following order: Challenging the Preliminary notification Ref.(G)/2020 dated 03.03.2020 issued in Form VI (A) under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, proposing to acquire the lands of the petitioners to an extent of Ac.1.70 cents of land in Survey No. 245 and to an extent of Ac.3.26 cents of land situated in Survey No.248/1, in Narasapurapu peta, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, East Godavari District, this writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri.E.V.V.S Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the Land Acquisition. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the RDO, Ramachandrapuram, dated 20.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reveal that, a Withdrawal Notification under Section 93 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 was issued by the District Collector, East Godavari, Kakinada, withdrawing the notification issued under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, in respect of the subjectivity, as alternate land was identified. 4. In view of the above, no further directions are required to be issued. 5. The written instructions of the RDO, Ramachandrapuram, dated 20.02.2025 are placed on record. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
