It is transpired that matter pertains to the admission in B.Ed. degree course, wherein an order was passed on 22.1.1998, operative portion is being quoted below :- "In the meantime, respondents are directed to permit the petitioners to pursue their studies in B.Ed. course, if they were already admitted in the said course, within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before respondent No.1, or to show-cause within the same time." 3. It appears that in pursuance to the interim order, the petitioner has pursued his studies in B.Ed. course, therefore, due to efflux of time, the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
