The present bail application has been moved on behalf of the Applicant, Diwakar Dutt Raturi, S/o Shri Bal Govind Raturi, R/o Village Zaiwala, Patti Bhatura, P.S. Lambgaon, District Tehri Garhwal. The applicant is presently in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.0019 of 2022, under Sections 409, 418, 466, 468 and 120B of IPC and under Section 103 of Uttarakhand Sahkari Samiti Adhiniyam, 2003, Police Station Lambgaon, District Tehri Garhwal. He has sought his release on bail. 4. The first bail application of the Applicant being BA 1st No.1291 of 2024, was rejected on 17.04.2025. In the present 2nd bail application, there are no new grounds to release the Applicant on bail. 5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the Applicant has not made out a case for bail. Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected.
