This Contempt Case is filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order, dated 18.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2536 of 2015. 2. Originally, the Writ Petition No.2536 of 2015 is filed to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 and their subordinates in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring Ac.6.00 i.e. Ac.1.00 each in Sy.No.185 situated at A.Gokulapadu Village, Kalluru Mandal of Kurnool District without issuing any notice and contrary to the proceedings dated 22.06.2010, 2 1 09.01.2012 and 07.08.2012 of the 31.05.2011 of the respondent No.2 of natural justice and consequently prayed to direct dispossess the petitioners from the respondent No.1 and proceedings dated as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles the respondents not to subject land and further to direct the respondents to grant regular pattas in favour of the petitioners in view of the said reports. 3. After hearing, this Court, by order dated directing the petitioners therein to make 18.04.2022, passed an order a representation to the authorities a period of two (02) weeks concerned by ventilating their grievances, within from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and on making such representation, the authorities are directed to take action and pass appropriate orders on the said'representation, strictly in accordance with law, within of two (02) weeks, from the date of representation of the the petitioners herein made If a period petitioners. Thereafter, a representation, dated 13.05.2022, but information has been received by the petitioners herein. no Hence, they resorted to file the present Contempt Case against the respondents. 4. The respondents filed their counter affidavit stating that the submitted a representation dated 13.05.2022 to the District to assign permanent pattas for writ petitioners Collector, requesting one acre of land each in Sy.No.185 of examining their representations, were issued vide proceeding No. Rc.K.29/SWLA/2013 23.06.2022 rejecting the request of the petitioners for assignment of lands.
