Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner attention of this Court to the present Contempt Case) has further drawn the para-10 of the Affidavit filed in support of this Contempt Case, which states that the Unofficial Respondent No.6 (in the Writ Petition) highhandedly continued to alter the status of the subject land and violated the Order of this Court. 3. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the allegation against the Unofficial Respondent is vague and is not determinable. Hence, there is no contempt. 4.
