Faced with the above, learned Counsel for the petitioner(s) seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, if so advised with better and complete particulars. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- State has no objection to the same. With the consent of the parties, hearing of the case is pre- poned from 09.04.2025 and the same is taken up on Board today itself. The Registry is directed to show the above case in the supplementary list for today. In view of the aforesaid prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners which is not objected to by the State Counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action with better and complete particulars.
