Misra, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Diwakar Singh, the learned Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. representing all the opposite parties. 2. By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged validity of the order dated 03.01.2025 passed by the State Radio Officer (Administration), U.P. Police Radio Headquarter whereby the petitioner has been placed under suspension in contemplation of the disciplinary committee against him. After advancing some submissions in support of the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer for issuance of a direction for concluding the disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner expeditiously. 3. The learned Standing Counsel has no objection against this limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to the opposite parties to conclude the disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, without any undue delay.
