Heard Smt. Anusha Dontireddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development Authority for the respondents. 3. During hearing learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that this matter is squarely covered by this Court Order dated 28.01.2025 in W.P.No.2023 of 2025 and requested to pass similar order in this writ petition also. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents conceded the same. 4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 28.01.2025 passed in W.P.No.2023 of 2025. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. 6.
